Standard Shipping: Orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

RETURNS
We do not currently accept returns. If you receive your purchase and it is damaged beyond use you may be eligible for a replacement.
REPLACEMENT PROCESS
If you receive your purchase and it is damaged beyond use and you would like a replacement:
1. Email a photo of the damaged product
2. File a damage report with USPS and email a copy of the claim confirmation
3. Return the damaged product (ask your local postal office to 'Return to Sender')
3. We will be in touch with you upon receipt of the aforementioned documents. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 28 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
